General exams FAQs

Due to the current uncertainty caused by the novel COVID-19 outbreak, we have provided the option for either a transfer or refund. Kindly send an email to us at exams.nigeria@ng.britishcouncil.org with your preferred option. 

If your exams has been suspended, we will be in contact via email to find a suitable time to reschedule your exam.

We will be refunding all cancelled exams via the payment method used at purchase. 

We are currently working to ensure there are no delays in the release of results online or in dispatch of the results. However, we’ll update all test-takers on the status of their results via email communication, if you do not receive a communication, kindly contact us via exams.nigeria@ng.britishcouncil.org

Because our offices are temporarily closed due to the directives from the Nigerian government, we will be dispatching all test report forms to the addresses entered by the test-takers. If you have not received your TRF within 14 days, please contact us via email.
