One year after the case management training was organized for the Fast Track Court (FTC) Judges by the Justice For All programme improvement in behaviors, attitudes, management structures and skills are now noticeable. This was ascertained through a post evaluation training commissioned by the programme in November 2014.

The evaluation revealed that the FTC Judges now have more confidence in the way they handle their cases as a result of being in control and more knowledgeable about their casework.  It also revealed that Court staff are much more involved and are performing better because they feel part of the process. These changes has resulted in the delivery of speedier justice and enhanced the credibility of the fast track court system in Nigeria.
