The Inspector General of Police, (IGP) Suleiman Abba has appointed CSP Olabisi Kolawole as the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) Gender Adviser to head the Gender Unit. CSP Kolawole is a member of the Technical Working Group and the Change Management Team supported by the J4A programme to assist in the formulation of core strategies designed to sustain policing reform in the NPF.
This means that the NPF can now deal with all gender related issues using a holistic approach. J4A will continue to provide advice and assistance to support reform initiatives in the NPF.
